The legal basis for the Company’s operations is the entry into force of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015 909 on the rules for calculating costs incurred directly as a result of a train journey (Journal of Laws EU L 148/17), which is an implementing act to the Directive of the European Parliament and the Council 2012/34 / EU of November 21, 2012 on the creation of the Single European Railway Area and the position of the President of the Railway Transport Office of August 3, in connection with the above legal acts.
CARGOTOR Sp. z o.o. hereby publishes the price list of access rates to the railway infrastructure managed by CARGOTOR Sp. z o.o. located on tracks with a gauge of 1435mm for the 2020/2021 timetable.
The manager has decided to resign from developing the draft price list for the 2021/2022 annual timetable, referred to in the Act on rail transport, and applies the corresponding part of the price list applicable in the previous annual train timetable for the next period of validity of the annual train timetable, i.e. 2020/2021
The Management Board of CARGOTOR sp. z o.o. repeals the decision of 27 November 2020 on the acceptance of discounts for services as part of access to railway infrastructure and service facilities. Management Board of CARGOTOR sp. z o.o. decides to introduce a 20% discount from July 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021 for all services in:
– price list of minimum access rates to the railway infrastructure managed by CARGOTOR sp. z o.o. located on tracks with a width of 1435 mm for the 2020/2021 timetable;
– price list of rates for service infrastructure facilities managed by CARGOTOR sp. z o.o. located on tracks with a width of 1435 mm for the 2020/2021 timetable;
– price list of access rates to service infrastructure facilities and minimum access to railway infrastructure managed by CARGOTOR sp. z o.o. located on tracks with a width of 1520 mm for the 2020/2021 timetable.
